Charter Oak Real Estate & Management LLC is proud to support Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven (an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International). Founded in 1986, Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the elimination of poverty housing through the creation of homeownership opportunities for low-income working families. Habitat builds and rehabilitates homes in the Greater New Haven area with the goal of creating safe, decent, affordable houses that add to the revitalization of New Haven’s neighborhoods. Save the Sound

Petit Family Foundation
Charter Oak Real Estate & Management LLC is proud to support the Petit Family Foundation which honors the memories of Jennifer Hawke-Petit, Hayley Elizabeth Petit and Michaela Rose Petit by continuing the kindness, idealism and activism that defined their lives. The Foundation’s funds are given to foster the education of young people, especially women in the sciences; to improve the lives of those affected by chronic illnesses; and to support efforts to protect and help those affected by violence. Komen Connecticut joins 124 other Affiliates worldwide and works locally to fulfill the promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to find the cures. Komen Connecticut’s primary focus is on our local community – on educating the women and men in our state on the importance of early detection, funding free screening services and providing support to those who are diagnosed with breast cancer. With your help, we raise money to provide grants to fund essential programs right here in Connecticut that our mothers, daughters, sisters and friends rely on for the care they need.
